I am baffled at what she has drawn, it lacks a lot of details that we would need, but it looks sound to me, and I really wish I had figured that out before I made myself a lich "I am not completely sure, but I think if you did that, you would hurt if you could not heal people regularly and expend all that energy, you would also have the ability to destroy undead including liches if you just opened that channel wide, though liches would return unless you destroy their phylactery too." I draw a few patterns showing how cleric turning and destroying undead works, and positive energy channelling to heal and other things like that.
Nivi watches intently "I want to become this for you, as long as we can make sure I can still have children, it does not have to be permanent though, if you help me make it a temporary spell or something, I don't need to be immune to being slain and able to appear again and all that either, like a lich, but you would not have to go hungry if I could be this for you, right? You could eat whenever you wanted, from me." she looks into my eyes and I can see the burning desire there.
"I promise we will research this together, and see what we can do, I love the brilliance of this idea of yours, but it took me a long time to research how to become a lich, so I hope you can be patient about it, and some of this magic would be impossible for me to do myself, it would burn my physical form instantly and probably very explosively, so I will need you to do some of the research and the ritual or spell is something only you can perform, once we make it happen." I say and my mind starts working on it already.
Nivi giggles "I hope this will let me be with you forever, like you want, until we do that I will accept if you give me life force every so often, but do not give me more than the time that has passed since last time, as that felt really crazy and I am not sure I like being that intoxicated, I also feel a bit weird still, younger somehow, in a twisted way, and I don't want to be younger than I am, I was that once, it is past, I like the present and look forward to the future with excitement and hope. Now I am going to clean our clothes." she says and with a moan pulls me out of her and there is a loud plop.

Nivi watches the magical forms and then from just that tries to cast her own version and one appears briefly, in the shape of a large ogre of a man with bulging muscles "can I carry you or your things somewhere miss" and then winks out as the spell fails and explodes in a burst of very random illusions and tiny weak fragments of force that makes the crystals ring out as if tapped once and slaps Nivi into the water.
I teleport over to her and pull her into my arms and Nivi starts giggling "oops, ow... I think I failed to properly contain everything in that spell." she has a red cheek where the slap hit her hardest and I caress that and channel a little bit of healing to soothe the pain "I am impressed with you" I say truthfully "you learn fast and you tried to create a spell on the fly, that takes a lot of practice and many years of work for even brilliant mages to try. Clearly you are a brilliant mage in the making though."

A few people are bundled up in blankets sitting outside the store waiting, I can see they are sick and one of them has a broken arm "I am sorry about not being around, come on in" I say and open the door and Nivi helps a few of them to get up and inside the store and down to my treatment rooms, and she watches me intently as I use my healing on them doing her best to learn the magic from seeing it, she does not even flinch as she sees me draw some life from each of them, as payment, actually she looks kind of longingly and jealously at what I am doing, I can sort of understand her plan better now, she wants to make herself all I need, if she can satisfy every desire I have, she will feel more secure about having me to herself.
We spend a few hours listening to some stories and rumours as the poor people know that is part of the price for my services and also they have come to like the idea that someone will listen to them and their stories, I learn of some sort of masked criminal that robs and rapes and beats up people, and Nivi gives me a look that tells me she feels like I do, this is someone we need to deal with, I ask for more details and we get a good feeling of where these attacks happen, the narrow alley that goes between the docks and the market, near the sewer entrance.
After we let everyone out Nivi says "do you think you can get me some noble lady looking clothes, and I can wander down that alley tonight as bait while you remain invisible and then when I get attacked you take the guy out?"
