A daring attempt at escape from a dungeon, and the struggle for ownership of a book of infernal secrets, leads to a sexy encounter when all other options are exhausted

This story is based on one incident from a series of original AD&D 2nd Edition episodes pitting various members of a pseudo-military team of fantasy heroes, the Adelcot Guardians, against a variety of villains, so it is full of Dungeons and Dragons-isms. Some details have been changed from the original roleplay to make it a better story that flows well. It also has a brief chase in it, and magic that has sexual side effects.

Disclaimer: The "God" referenced throughout this story with a capital G is not intended as a representation of the God of Abrahamic religions, but is a different omnipotent being at the head of a different monotheist faith that exists only in fantasy, in the confines of this fiction and the AD&D game upon which it is based. Some common traits, aspects, and customs are shared in common among the religions, just as a wholly imaginary thunder god may have certain traits in common with Zeus or Thor. However, no reference and certainly no disrespect is intended to the real-world religions of Judaism, Christianity, or Islam, nor to their clergy or followers.
